I love the light and shade between Bryan's dirty and Emma's forlorn vocals. There are so many layers to this recording that are driven home through contrast. Plus the riffs are brilliant and get me moving. I can't stop listening to Thou and Emma in general lately.

Imagine a warm, dark wave slowly enveloping the world around you. By the time you realize it's wrapped around your shoulders, the world falls away and you drift through endless shadow. An amazing ambient, doom, metal thing that creeps slowly through your head and lurks behind your eyes. It's beautiful. It's abrasive. And you should surrender to it's depth for 40 minutes.
